  • Outdoor barbecuing, grilling, campfires, fireworks or open flames are not permitted.
  • Boat and kayak rentals must be rented by 10:00 am and returned by 4:00 pm.
  • Boat and kayak rentals are "CASH ONLY”
  • Marina Dockage Fees (Transient slip - 30 or 50 Amp Power - No Water): $1.85/foot per night plus tax
  • Dockage Fees (Rinehart, Brown House and Inn Rooms - no power): $1.00/foot per night plus tax
  • Accommodations, restaurant and lounge are non-smoking facilities.
  • More than 90% of our docks are available for transient dockage on a first come, first served basis & we do not discriminate against any individual because of race , color, religion, sex, National origin, age, handicap or marital status.

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to arrival:
    No Charge
  • Reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to arrival:
    Total Due is charged to your credit card.
  • Cabbage Key does not issue refunds to guests who depart early.
